MEDNOVO gains the request of proposal for the Klinikum Magdeburg (clinical centre)

MEDNOVO gains the Proposal for an installation of cardiological information system at Klinikum Magdeburg.

The demands for the proposed documentation were high. In sum there was requested a connection of medical devices of different manufacturers for the following kinds of devices, e.g. echocardiography, Stress echo, ECG (long-term ECG, long-term blood pressure, bodyplestysmography and even left heart catheter device. In the following steps the connection of medical devices for other functional diagnostics is planned, e.g. EEG, EMG. One specific importance for the decision was that the hospital wanted only one system for the whole documentation. 

Edburgh Dörr, consulting leader IT department Klinikum Magdebaurg says: „ The system MediColor from MEDNOVO was the only documentation system which could completely fulfil all our demands on a comprehensive system. Moreover there was the importance of a documentation system which is flexible to connect to our HIS from Siemens.”

Within the next two months the documentation system will run.
