HL7 Blackbox support
The basic support model for MEDNOVO HL7 Blackbox contains the following fulfilments:
- Worldwide hotline for manufacturers in relation to installation of HL7 interfaces
within office time of MEDNOVO mo-fr 8 am to 22 pm (reaction time max. 4 hours)
date of installation has to be announced 48 hours before planned installation for ensuring a full service - FAQ and more information for sales at MEDNOVO´s on individual extranet site for manufacturers
- Constant update of information about installation of HL7 interfaces
- Constant update of information for description of HL7 interfaces in general
- Constant update about changes in HL7 interfaces to HIS
- Constant feedback to manufacturer of medical devices in case of new medical device software versions by MEDNOVO
The support model for customers of manufacturers (additional):
- Direct hotline to MEDNOVO for customers in case of problems related to HL7 communication (customer related email address and telephone number)
- Direct support for new updates via remote access for customers of manufacturers (changes in HL7 interfaces, e.g. HIS re-configures customers HL7 interface)
- Direct communication with the provider of hospital used HIS for discussing all aspects before interface installation (on behalf of manufacturer of device, too)
