If MediColor-Nemesys is used  in the Neurology/Neurophysiology Department in hospitals, it provides the required interfaces for the data exchange between the existing hospital systems (archive/EHR, HIS, PACS) and the neurological medical devices.

The connection between MediColor-Nemesys and the available HIS is realized via a HL7 Gateway. This way, patient, medic and contact data as well as requirements management information can be exchanged. Diagnosis and procedures are being documented. Depending on the particular requirement or available types of medical devices, these devices are connected with MediColor-Nemesys via a gateway. Besides the curves generated by evoked potentials (VEP, AEP, SEP, MEP) and transcranial magnet stimulations (TMS) measured values are also transmitted.

The incoming data of medical findings and the data provided from the HIS and archive/EHR, PACS can all be documented with MediColor-Nemesys. To this end MediColor-Nemesys provides classified and structured finding forms which are in arrangement with the DGKN.
The saving of the fast and efficiently generated finding documentations in MediColor-Nemesys will be ensured by the connection to the HIS, as well as to the archive/EHR and PACS. Furthermore, the documentation is available for any user at different workplaces. Already generated documentations or documentations to be generated in the future can be complemented with the parameters of the connected medical devices.
